This September, you'll be able to experience the music of one of the world’s most renowned video games in the Australian premiere of Final Symphony: Music from FINAL FANTASY®. Featuring the work of conductor Eckehard Stier and Katharina Treutler on piano, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra will be bringing one of the worlds favorite video game franchises to life on stage!
Following sell-out concerts across the globe, Final Symphony features the celebrated music of composers Nobuo Uematsu and Masashi Hamauzu. The MSO will perform the award-winning music of FINAL FANTASY VI, VII and X under the masterful baton of conductor Eckehard Stier.
Final Symphony offers a new orchestral concert experience, not just for gamers, but for lovers of beautiful music interpreted in a unique artistic manner.
Experience the music of FINAL FANTASY as you've never heard it before; without the screens and in full symphonic surrounds this September.
“Although there are many game music concerts nowadays, what makes Final Symphony so different is how the original music is interpreted more freely, in an artistic manner. It offers something really new that’s not just for game fans.” says composer Nobuo Uematsu.
Gaming fans should not delay, this is one event that is going to go off. You don't want to miss out.
