YG has released promos for WINNER's upcoming release!
Their album 'OUR TWENTY FOR' will drop it like it's hot on the 7th of August, however, you can pre-order it now. It will be released in two versions with different booklet images: "FOR YOUTH" and "FOR DREAM". Each album will include a physical CD, a booklet, a random lenticular card, a random polaroid, and a double-sided poster.
Take a look at the promotional posters below! The aesthetic is super fresh. It's memorable to a classical "mod" look from the 1960's with a nice refreshing David Bowie feel. We love it!
Tell us what you think
Their last single release was in April with "REALLY REALLY" which you can watch below!

Released in the later half of July, Sky 2’s debut single ‘Heaven & Hell’ is a fresh take on the urban pop genre, signifying the recording debut of the identical twins. Made up of Julien and Brandon Leo, they share, “It's the lasting dull pain you feel months after a break up, when you've moved on but still look back and realise that there was and will never be someone quite like her. She could take you to heaven and bring you to hell. However, when you were with her, it was ‘something else’.
Sky 2’s freshman song deals with the pain of having love found and lost. Self-described as die-hard romantics, the pair writes about things and situations which are real to them. They enthuse about their songwriting method, “When we are together, it's like having another 'you' to direct and support each other in the process. While writing melodies and ideas, artists can get lost in the infinite ways that a song can turn out. Having a twin brother who resonates the same ideas means the overarching concepts are never lost. Twin telepathy.”
Produced by AOR Studios’ Shorya Sharma, ‘Heaven & Hell’, a unique fusion of pop and hip hop, is written by Julien and Brandon Leo.

After a month long’s worth of video promotions (tagged #witnessalive) on his youtube channel, audiences are now given an inside view on the things that keep the songwriter Leon Markcus alive. From the song cover of the National Anthem to a raw and authentic footage of the recording process for the track ‘Alive’, viewers now understand Markcus better on an emotional level, and knows what he truly stands for on the path of music. Local singer/songwriter, Leon Markcus who took the music scene by storm in 2016 with his unique blend of alternative pop & electronic music, is now making a comeback with a new music video for ‘Alive’ — directed by Alvin Ling and in collaboration with the National Arts Council, Noise Singapore and music producer Jeff Hue (NOISE AWARDEE 2016). The video aims to debunk the often misrepresented stereotypes of people with suicidal thoughts and makes it clear that suicide can happen to anyone.
The official music video features two friends struggling to overcome the harsh challenges faced in their personal lives, resulting in one individual attempting to take his own life. The video aims to strike a chord in the hearts of its audiences to bring about more awareness towards people who are at risk of suicide and how it can affect anyone; not just a group of people who displays stereotypical characteristics of depression. Markcus will also be going on a short island wide tour to promote his single.
Leon Markcus' promotional single 'Alive' has been available on iTunes Music, Spotify, Youtube and other streaming platforms since 30 June 2017. ‘Alive’ as a track has been doing commercially well, and has been streamed at several bars, restaurants as well as festivals, like SHINE Festival & Pink Dot 2017. ‘Alive’ is also scheduled for a digital distribution under Leeway Music and Media in South Korea on the 10th of August 2017 such as Melon, Mnet and Genie.
If you or someone you know if experiencing anxiety, depression or suicidal thoughts, help is at hand. There are a number of resources that can help including Beyond Blue and Lifeline (or call 13 11 14). If someone is immediate danger, call 000 (triple zero) in Australia or the emergency services number in your locality.

Filipino star Jake Zyrus has had an absolutely tremendous year!
The artist formerly known as Charice had come out in June as transgender. He now identifies himself as a man. The Glee star quietly changed his social media to his new name hoping it wouldn't be noticed, however, it shocked fans from all over the world.
"When... everyone was talking about it, I was like, ‘I guess this is the perfect time.’ It was Pride Month and I just saw that everything was happening in the right place, right time and I started talking about it.”
Zyrus's new single Hiling (which means "wish" in English) dropped on July 5, his first track under his new name, which he describes as a cheesy love song. The song is an iconic Filipino ballad originally by Jay-r Siaboc.
We love the new single by Jake Cyrus here at Asian Pop Radio and can't wait for more!
